What is a group subscription?
A group subscription allows you to purchase multiple seats for one of our CEU course bundles. You can assign these seats to your team or colleagues, and monitor their progress through your Group Dashboard.
What happens when I add someone to my group?
When you add a user to your group, they are automatically enrolled in all courses included in your selected bundle. No additional steps are required on their end after they accept the invitation or use their enrollment key.
What is a group name, and why does it matter?
During checkout, you’ll be asked to name your group. Choose a unique and descriptive name (e.g., “Clinical Team – Ethics Bundle 2025”) instead of something generic like “Group 1.” This makes it easier for our team to support you if you need help.
Can I add more seats later?
Yes! Simply go to your Group Dashboard and select “Add Seats.” You’ll be taken to your cart to complete the purchase. If you prefer to start a separate group, visit the Purchase Group page again and set up a new group name.
How do I invite people to join my group?
You can assign seats in two ways:
- Add and Invite a User: Enter their email to send a direct invite. If they already have an account, the CEU courses will be added to it. (If they don’t see the email, they should check their spam or junk folder.)
- Send an Enrollment Key: Share the unique key with your team member. They can register using the key and will be automatically added to your group.
Can I reassign a seat if someone doesn’t complete the course?
If the course has not been accessed, we can refund that user and restore the seat to your group. However, once a course is accessed, the seat is considered used. If you need to remove a user’s access, contact us at support@behaviorwebinars.com.
